February 12-14 Point Lookout, Point Lookout, Maryland. Event hosted by the Southern Guard. An excellent site for a winter quarters type event. Several of us have attended events here in the past.
March 19-21 Backwater 1865, LBL, Tennessee. Event hosted by the Independence Mess. Land Between the Lakes is a huge area with minimal modern intrusions. The scenario is the various engagements in the Carolinas in early 1865.
April 17-18 (tentative) ONV Spring Muster, Galena, Illinois. Potential return trip to the grounds of the Ryan mansion.
May 1-2 Spring Muster, Greenbush, Wisconsin. Another event to get the cobwebs out after the long winter. This at the Wade House site.
May 7-9 Wilderness LH, preservation march. Great opportunity to be at a site that needs some support of its preservation efforts, unfortunately it is over Mother's day weekend.
May 15-17 Hog's Trial 1866, Defiance, Missouri. The 'sequel' to Lost Tribes at Boonesfield in MO. This is a post-war event, centered around a trial and its effects on a small town. The Boonesfield site is a wonderful place for events.
June 11-13 Disaffected in Canada, Ft. Wayne (Detroit), Michigan. Event hosted by our pards in the Sally Port Mess. Like many things in Detroit, this site could use our support. Should be a unique opportunity on original ground.
July 16-18 The Fight for Crampton's Gap, near Blanchardville, Wisconsin. Event organized by our pard Mr. Chmelar. Nice site in our home state.
August 6-8, Wilson's Creek, near Springfield, Missouri. Event organized by the Hairy Nation. Smoothbores required.
October 8-10, Perryville Living History. Perryville, Kentucky. HHM hosted event. Portraying the 21st Wisconsin in October 1862.
